My daughter went to her daughter's freshman orientation day and was so pleased to have the chance to meet the teacher and tour the new school. Updating. A little leery though because I'm so used to 6.1.3. Actually, I'm not updating. Getting an unable to check for updates error.

Updating the iPad, of course (ETA 3 min). I'll wait a bit (maybe a whole day) to try the iPhone.

Tried to use iTunes after a couple of failure with the OTA. It said my iPad was already up to date with 6.1.3. So, it looks like on the the OTA update is live, at least so far.

My ipad has an error now. I suspect it's overload time again. Sigh. Will keep trying. My Internet has never been good living in the country never is.

Sorry to hear that Johanna. Tomorrow should be 'much' better.

I'm in the install phase. No longer dependent on the server, but in some ways the most nervous. If bad things happen now it will probably result in an unusable iPad until I do get a successful update installed, probably a clean update.
