What's new

What are you guys doing right NOW??? ;)

Ski, I did have a nice summer...lots of reading, but not enough painting. :-). Right now, I trying chinese brush painting. I think I ripped up a whole roll of rice paper with my trial and errors.

Great. I'm still getting a lag on my safari so I tend to use that on my ipad. Everything else is great. Hubby is even using my ipad while I'm on MBA. Its soo portable and the battery lasts forever.
I went with office 360 so I can use iWork's as well as office. I'm trying out the iWork's beta on my MBA. It is automatically synced with iPad. Great

Wonderful although I'm not sure why Safari should lag?

I'm trying to read more. For some reason after completing my post-graduate degree about 4 years ago I just can't get back into a good read. I find myself reading short things that are quick and easy.

Sounds great with your try on Chinese brushes. It sounds very difficult on rice paper.

Hayles--I use OpenOffice and Pages. OpenOffice is free and is easily transferred to the beta iWorks without any trouble. Very easy to convert!

I'm fixing my new update with 1password app and I can safely say that the best app on my ipad is still this app. Love it. Passwords are kept wonderfully locked up and accessible. Apart from a mix up with my master password and quick replies from Chris at agilebits( 1password support) I am one happy bunny. All my bank details and accounts are stored and I would be lost without it. Great app. Highly recommend it.

is a password app safer (or better) than say storing my passwords in the 'notes' on ipad? just curious since i havent used a passwd saving type program...

1password is one of the top password apps in iTunes but I wouldn't put them in notes as its not very secure there.
As its a paid app, I'm sure you could find a free app that you can store your passwords in that is more secure

Tapatalk newbie

I've just downloaded Tapatalk. I'm stumbling around the app getting used to it. Accessed it via Facebook.
I do like the way it connects with different forums.

It looks like Tapatalk is a good multi forum platform. :)
