I always use the Thames Clipper service in London if I can. A comfortable seat, lovely views and a bar with Costa Coffee on board......who can ask for more!

It's quicker too, I tested it against the Tube and the DLR when I worked in Greenwich.

I suppose your only regret is that the trip isn't longer.
I've got the return journey though and great views of the Palace of Westminster when I get off!

That sounds like a really comfortable and relaxing way to get to work Gabe. I would choose that form of travel over any other.

You should give it a shot.....just over a tenner buys a ticket which lets you get on and off as much as you want in a day, it stops at all the thames side tourist attractions from Woolwich to Putney. They also have wifi on board!
