What's new

What are you guys doing right NOW??? ;)

Does it look anything like that "new do"?
:D
Certainly not! You know that my hair is long, and I like it that way. The hair-ends needed to be cut. Same do as before. (But if you like, you may imagine me "smiling" like the "new do". :D)

Drooling over my first car, a 1958 Plymouth Savoy :) btw I am going to fix it up to look like Christine! And when I do, I am going to make my friends and teachers jealous! Btw I know it is a rust bucket but I am going to git r done!

A Commodore 64 a day keeps the Apple II away!

That was my intention. ;-) Your spelling is still perfect. :D

Yes, I've seen the post there. :-)

I'm watching a doc on netflix called "49" . It is about a guy who gathers a diverse group of 7 yr olds and interviews them every 7 yrs. starting in the year 2000! It is filmed in England so I figured all of you English members would really enjoy this! I know I am. I don't want to give anything away but so far it is awesome! I hope it is available to you on netflix , just browse the documentary genre and hopefully it will. Come up! I recommend this to everyone! I just thought the English folk would really like it since it is set in England and these people are now ‘49 so you may see some parallels, or even recognize the backgrounds! I will quizzing you all more closely after this about where you live. So far anyone live in Essex?

It's reached '56 Up' now. The series began in 1964 when the subjects were interviewed at the age of 7. The documentary has been refreshed in 7 year instalments.

Catching up with the tech news, and watching iTunes Match do it's Matching thing. I decided to buy it.

I said the iTunes Radio adds weren't bothering me, and they were not, except last night. I was using the radio to go to sleep with some mellow low-key music, and an add had me half out of the bed. If I'd been listening to any of my normal stations, jazz, rock, or even classical, I probably wouldn't have noticed the change.

Anyway, still matching music. Might take a while. I've got +30GB of music. Most of it's iTunes, but there's a fair amount of ripped CD's too.

And in case the RIAA is peeking, I still own all those CD's, though most of them are in boxes in storage.

Lol. You will be waiting awhile then. It took me ages for 15000 songs and even then some wouldn't match. To weird or unknown I suppose. I do have strange tastes. An album of telly tunes was one of them.

All done, though it did spend over 10 minutes trying to match the last song. I think it was about 350 songs that it ended up having to upload to iCloud.

Haven't tested it yet though, so who knows if it's 'really' finished. ;)
