Your post has just reminded me of the tragic stabbing of a school girl on a bus in Birmingham this week. She tweeted about a guy who was on the bus some days before and moving around erratically. He made her feel uneasy. She died from a single stab.

The guy was caught and has been sectioned under the Mental Health Act.

It's because of news like that that I'm glad every weekend when my son & daughter return healthy from Vienna. Both have to use train or bus. Lately, there have been news like your's on TV.
