On Amazon season three of Downton, there are nine episodes, which are all available to watch on a Downton season pass or by buying individual episodes. Depending on which way you pick, they're all still less than two bucks each. The Amazon episodes are the UK episodes. I don't know if they're edited down or what for overseas viewers, like on PBS, but Amazon specifies, so there's probably some difference.

That's great to hear that Mr. Selfridge is going on PBS. I might watch them again there. iTV has too many freaking ads.

We just got the two hour episode with the christening, the grand daughter and the Cricket match. The next (possibly last of the season) episode is tomorrow night.

I believe that is tonight in Austria and Australia as you are already tomorrow, but you may have had the whole season as GB has.

Amazon released the whole rest of the third season a couple of weeks or so ago. I watched them all, and have been waiting for season four, lol.

I know from your description where you are in the season, but will not discuss, to avoid spoiling things.

Oh, good...I thought it was the last one! At least there are a few more to watch! The problem is that I can't watch it right on the day it shows, just because I have to get t sleep early. So being able to watch it another day for me is convenient.

What do you do with the amazon episodes you have watched already, because storage could be an issue. Do you dump it after watching it?

Amazon gives you the option of downloading, or you can stream and let them store purchased episodes for you indefinitely. Even if you stream, you can choose to download later if you like.

I've watched the episodes repeatedly, just via streaming. I haven't downloaded.

Just finished 3rd cup of coffee, sitting alone in the kitchen at a large wooden table, with Cat Stevens singing Father and Son, windows open to the west as the sun has just set behind the neighbors tree,s... South Atlantic mist rolling in from the sea covering the young early evening sky...... Wondering how daft it was of me to consume soooooo much coffee..... Ain.t gonna snooze this evening....... Oh,and 48 days of no alcohol... Hence the coffee..... Gotta make it till march 20th.....

As Europe starts to blare out the tune The Final Countdown.......

Looks like I have almost perfect conditions to look forward to this week. Cold enough for the roads to stay frozen, warm enough to work without turning into an icicle.
