My shifts feel like both day and night!

Even though I've been doing it for 30 years, going to sleep when it's dark and then waking 6 hours later to go to work, in the dark, it still feels odd.

Yes...it's hard especially in the winter waking up at 4 am to get ready for work and leaving work at night with only a few cars left in the parking lot!! Glad everyday isn't like that and I can sleep in a little on the odd days!

It's that moment when you close your eyes and think you are sleeping when you hear one of 5 alarms clocks going off in your bedroom!! ;)

Bingo! And with that ... I'm closing one eye
until 03::00.

See you later.

Waiting for my new dining table and chairs to arrive. But I suppose they won't be delivered today, as the weather conditions are really bad. :-(

About 45 minutes, with a transfer when I get downtown.

So you can have a little shut eye as long as you don't miss your stop! Do you walk to the bus stop?

That's sounds exciting--hope you get it today, J.a.!
