How do folks find that in general Scifan? Do they prefer it to changing the time twice a year?

Parliament here has been debating on and off whether to keep to BST all year round.

Some people don't even realize that we are on daylight savings time all year and persistently complain and demand that extra hour of daylight in the evening, which, in actuality, we already have. For example, Calgary, Alberta which does go on daylight savings time every summer has sunset occur within 20 minutes of sunset in Regina when Alberta is on daylight savings time.
