Vedio streaming problem

Hi All,

Safari on my Ipad used to stream MP4 videos just fine but now it not. I don't know what is wrong. on the middle of the video window it shows the play icon with a line across it.

I am running Jailbreaked Ipad OS 5.0.1.

Your help will be much appreciated.
