Upgrading from wifi to 3G

Not sure if it's dealt with on any of other threads here:

I'm upgrading to a 3G later this week when it arrives by courier.

Question is: How do I move all my apps to the new device? Is this possible or will I have to buy all the apps again? What about the files currently stored on the wifi iPad?

Your itunes account will sync all your apps into your new ipad

Excellent!! So can my wife continue to use the old iPad with the same account or will she have to create a new account?

i believe itunes can sync on up to five devices per account. So yes you won't have to repurchase any apps.
