After seeing this for weeks on Apple's iPad retail page. It is interesting to see just how many people reading it only assumed one thing. The very reason for delays and or also the fact that the iPad could NOT be sold until authorized by FCC.

Didn't it really mean, Without Pre Authorization (from Apple or licensee), this unit could not be for sale leased or sold? Otherwise also awaiting approval from FCC. Just seems somewhat vague, as if it could be taken two ways. :comingsoon:

Abble, far as i know until you didn't get the FCC approval you can't sale or lease a products for a device need this authorization, even for send sample you should ask their agreement .... we have yet present 12 products to the FCC and for all it will be the same

So i guess it will be the same for the Ipad even Apple is not a small company like us
