Did you reset your device after updating?

Take a look at your screen brightness setting. You don't need it the whole way up. That might be the reason for the heating.

My iPad was also getting pretty warm after the update. I've detected that Auto-Brightness (Settings - Display & Brightness) was turning my screen's brightness all the way up, most of the time, and that was why it was getting too warm. I've disabled that feature.

Yes restarted 2nd auto brightness button is not green we alway put manually because only only one iPad and whole family use it. As u told me before after some day iPad became use too after new update.

I've moved your thread to the iPad Help Forum where it will receive more attention.

The settings you changed the way you prefer them.

When you update your iPad, some of them revert. Bluetooth, e.g., gets enabled quite often through an update, even if it was turned off before. It also happened with the last one to iOS 8.3.

Ok...I just have to say that when I saw your title @jaba123 ... The song "the heat is on" just started going through my head! Ugh! :)

Oh my word...@scifan...why??...why??? Did I know that you would post a music video of the song?

NOW...of course I have to playe video and now will be singing it in my head throughout the day today!! ...the heat is on....:)
