Here's another great photo from the NASA iPad app.
It's the full moon rising from behind Mount Hamilton and the Lick observatory.

Now, here's a strange thing.

We switched on our TV in the conservatory this morning and the remote refused to work. I unplugged and plugged in the set. Al went well for 2 or 3 commands then the set froze. The set, a 6th generation Samsung Smart TV is 6 months old.

Then I had a brainwave. Bright sunlight was bathing the back of the set. I put a newspaper behind the set to shade the infra red receptor, and everything worked fine! When I let the sunshine onto the set, it froze. I've never come across that one before!

P.S. A great game is to control a set by bouncing the IR beam onto it via a mirror. :D. You can really confuse the unsuspecting viewer! :D

Brilliant scifan57. I love the NASA photos the sequences by astronaut "Wheels"? are out of this world, and thought provoking.

I was checking whether Hayley's avatar was an April 1st joke.

I searched for "dog on iPhone" and found an iPad app called Talking Ted.

It's quite amusing. Haven't tried talking to the app yet... ;)

I always thought so. Thanks for checking Richard. Make sure Gab is told. He thinks I'm gullible.
