Text messages

Can I send text messages from a non 3G/4g ipad 4s . I do see text that we're sent to my iphone on my ipad but when I try to send a text from ipad to someone I get "not delivered"

To send iMessages to another individual from your iPad you will need to have wifi access to send. In addition, the receiver of the iMessage must also have an idevice as well. It won't work for someone who has a droid phone, unless you use other 3rd party apps like viber to text message others.

No Problem. Like I said, there are many third party apps that you can use to still communicate with your friends.
