Tab at bottom of screen

Is there a way to disable the pop up screen at the bottom of the screen it has settings, camera and other things. It is annoying or can I at least move it to the side. Or top

You have two choices.

1-Access on Lock screen: on/off
2-Access within Apps: on/off

Go to ipad settings/control center.

It doesn't look like you can view it to the side. Hope that helps.
