Stuck in DFU mode

When I try downloading tiny umbrella I get an error "no JVM could be found on system. Please define EXE4J_JAVA_HOME to point to an install 32_bit JDK or JRE or download a JRE from www.java.com"
What does all that mean? Please help!

Uninstall an old version of Java and install a new one. Make sure you choose the one you need for your computer (64 bit - 32 bit).
