Setting up exchange - "mailbox is full"

I duplicated setup info from other people in my company that use webmail to tie into our exchange server. Theirs works great. Mine acts like it is tied in, but then I get the message "mailbox is full". I know it is not because it works fine from my computer. Can anyone offer help? Thanks!
 
the setup is not the same as setting up with webaccess.

First the company exchange server must allow iphones/ipad to connect to the exchange server.

Ask your IT Department.
