I, too, have tried to sync Notes and iPhone/iPad. I don't have a solution for iPad - other than to do what another person in this forum suggested and access it through your Safari browser. On the iPhone, I would suggest the Exchange connector with the Notes Traveller on Domino. This syncs most things but not notebooks. It's also buggy.
what I heard recently on a Lotus-Notes-User-Forum was, that iNotes should work without any issues.
Emails works very well over Traveler, Calendar mostly - you can't send out invitations to others and even worse, can't accept invitations.....

Traveller is working very well with the iPad, except, that you can't invite others to a meeting, or accept invitations. Arrggghh.
