Scratches on the black frame

I have some decent size like a inch or 2 size length what would be the best thing to try to make it not visible is there any like frame customizors that I could buy please and thank you

I dropped mine for the first time I few months ago straight into tile. I almost died haha

You could try a skin or the barely there back cover I forget who that's by. Here are lots of options. Goggle or search in Amazon iPad 2 back cover.

Had it on my lap and dog jumped on the iPad he had sharp nails

There are skins available that will cover the black or white surround. Gelaskins is one brand, but there are many others. You also could get a leather or pleather portfolio case; many of them cover the black or white surround as well.

Amazon is a good place to start if you're just browsing. I'd recommend its Windowshop app, rather than the website, because it lets you scroll through loads of items quickly.
