Safari No-History Browsing

Is there a way to browse websites without them being added to the History?

Tfisher, welcome to the forum. Safari on iPad does not support private browsing like it does for Mac.

Doesn't it delete the history when you quit the browser?

You can delete the history via the settings. Or use a different app. I use Atomic Web Browser, which supports private browsing, tabs, browser id changing, which all come in handy.
