safari can't open because server stopped responding???

I can not get internet connection cause server stopped responding??
But wifi signal is there. Help

Sounds like you should reset your wi-fi and internet connection.

This happened to me yesterday during a thunderstorm. I just went to the multitasking bar and closed safari and opened it again.
