I'm new to this and have used robofom to auto logins and passwords. How do I do this with ipad2

Each app in the iPad is isolated, so it's not possible for one app to interact with another. On Safari, for sure, you can auto-login (check 'Settings', 'Safari', but I don't know of any other way.
