Refurb ipad 3 crashing a lot?

got it on sale@apple &jb it but it seems to crash a lot so im wondering if i shoukd un jb it&take it in? It's my first apple :). Not sue if it's caused by an app,jb , my unit or ipad 3in general Pease advise :)

Un JB it and see if it still crashes. If so, take it back.
