Recovery of a stolen iPad

My 5 year old's iPad was stolen and I have reported it to AT&T, Apple and the police where it was blocked, black listed, etc... However, I have recently seen new scores for her apps being posted in the apple Game Center where we were "friends". Can't I track that? Unfortunately, she did not have any locate my iPad or find friends apps - any advice is appreciated as I would like to find the thief of a five year old's game system!

I'm sorry to hear this and I'm not going to be a whole lot of help here however, if those accounts are being used then maybe another word with the police regarding the usage might enable them to find out who has the iPad?
