Recording while the screen is off or running other app

Is there any app so tjat i can recording a video while the dcreen is off or while i am running another app???

I did a quick search for 'Spy Camera' in the App Store, and a few possibilities popped up. These will all be of the blank screen, or pretending-to-run-another-app variety. You won't be able to actually run another app.

Though you might if you jailbreak. I don't know.
