Any way to fix FPS of screen record?

Sometime the fps of my ipad's screen record changes to 30fps while it usually has 60 fps.

I dont know why the fps of screen record changes.

I use default screen record in my ipad and when I check the fps of recorded videos from my macbook,

the fps usually says 60fps but some videos have 30 fps.

Anyone know how to fix the fps of default screen record of Ipad?

There is no way I know of to change it that I know of. You could take it through a video editing tool to change, but of course there is little point in bumping a 30 fps video to 60 fps.

Is there a difference in what kind of content you are recording for the different speeds; say video playback, games, or software demonstration?

Just looking for clues as to why it is different, because I’m curious.
