I don't think so, however I could be totally wrong.
You could try looking in these places(depending on your computer system) to see if there are any image files accessible)
Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/MobileSync/Backup/
Windows XP: \Documents and Settings\(username)\Application Data\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup\
Note: To quickly access the Application Data folder, click Start, and choose Run. Type %appdata% and click OK.
Windows Vista and Windows 7: \Users\(username)\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup\
Note: To quickly access the AppData folder, click Start. In the search bar, type %appdata% and press the Return key.
As you can see I simply copied the info from the relevant Apple Support page. I've never tried this. I would think if your backup is encrypted you stand no chance.
