Jailbreak for 4.3.5 is not out yet....just a matter of time I guess

Have a look at the stickies in the Hacking section and you'll see everything you ever wanted to know about jail breaking.

Bottom line is there will be no JB for 4.3.5, you'll have to wait for the iOS5 JB to become available.
