Possible to tether an iPad 2 to an iTouch (iPod Touch 4th gen.)

I have a iPad 2 with 3G and a data plan. Is it possible to have an iPod Touch tethered or use the internet signal of the iPad 2?

Only once jailbreak becomes available for ipad2, will that be possible. Out the box, ipad2 can't do tethering from itself.
