Photo/Text app during presentation.

I am attending a presentation and want to film/photograph certain actions in this presentation and then add a title to the photo/film accompanied by a text which describes in a few lines what the situation is about. I would like to move the photo around, resize/crop it and the textbox should be unlimited and moveable also, almost like a poperpoint presentation but then for iPad.
Is there an existing App for my request and if so what is the name?

There are a number of apps which will do this for a photo, one is Skitch. But have a look at Keynote, it's an apple app which is for power point presentations.
