pCloud app - download folders?

I badly need the ability to download files, and especially folders, from pCloud app onto my iPad Pro so that I can then transfer them to a memory stick. I can't really see how to go about doing this - has any good soul got an idea?

Do you mean the Windows iCloud App? If your files are in the Apple iCloud, they will appear in the Files App on your iPad Pro.
