PC,iPad 2 & iCloud

PC w/Windows 7; iPad 2 4.3.3 jailbroken; iPhone 4S iOS5.

I have iCloud working on my PC and with my iPhone. When I installed the iCloud dashboard it created a new calendar in Outlook.

When signed into iCloud my iPad will sync Contacts; but the iPad calendar is blank. When I sign out of iCloud (and save data to Outlook) my iPad syncs normally.

Any suggestions?
