I just bought an iPad. I found an app I wanted to get for my iPad (Incredimail) but when trying to download it I get the following message: "your account is not valid for use in the U.S. store. You must switch to the Australian store before purchasing".

When I go to the Australian Store I cannot find that app anywhere. Would you tell me what I am doing wrong. Many thanks. Yappybox.

Hi, welcome to iPF!

Maybe this app isn't available in the Australian App Store, but in the US App Store. There are apps that you won't get everywhere. The apps you're able to download depend on the store your Apple ID belongs to.

Did you search for it? (Write the name of the app here? - Arrow)




If this is the app you meant, it's available in the Austrian App Store, as you may notice.
