Oral B website? .......Safari couldn't establish a secure connection to the server

Hi all,
"Safari couldn't establish a secure connection to the server."
Been trying to get back into the Oral B toothbrush web site. Been a little over a year.
My bookmark shows the same indication, above, that any link to Oral B dose. Amazon, EBay, Target and so on.
No problem with my Windows 10 Lap Top. Just the IPAD.

Thought maybe I accidentally "blocked" it but my blocked list has about 500 entries!! Can't sort thru them all. Is there any easy way to sort thru them? Or temporally turn them all off?
All other web sites are fine, so don't know what's "really" going on.

The good news is that it's not a Safari compatibility issue. I can go to the oralb.com site without issues.

As far as I can tell, Safari does not have a website block list. It might in parent control mode, but I don't have any experience with those settings,.

It does have website data. When the catch for a site gets corrupted it can cause problems. Deleting all the data would work, but it also deletes any authentication the browser might be storing, which is a bit incovinient. You would end up needing to re-login and authenticate on all your sites.

What you can do instead is go to Settings > Apps > Safari > Advanced > Website Data. There is a search box at the top right. Enter oralb there, and only sites that match will show. Swipe left on the entry to delete the catch.

I hope that works for you. Let us know.

Let me pass along another one, just for fun.........
I needed to print out a two page document from Vanguard Financial. Just two pages.....by the time I got to the printer, it printed 10 pages of gibberish!!! Crap!!!
Vanguard had no solution. I re-logged on with my "2016" Dell Windows 10 laptop.
No problem at all printing out the two pages!!!

You could try re-typing the correct URL for the Oral B website or entering it on another browser.

All other print jobs to the printer work fine from the IPAD. Who knows??

I got the site up on my 2016 Windows laptop. No problem!!
Typed that same URL, https://oralb.com, into this IPAD with the same results as before

AirPrint is the Apple technology that enables printing without drivers to Macs, iPads and iPhones. It needs to be incorporated into the printer and will be labelled as AirPrint enabled.

It is very strange that you didn't have any website data, unless you do all your browsing in Private mode. I don't know that it would make a difference, but if you are using Private browsing mode, try using the normal mode and see if you can get to the site.

FYI....
Oddly enough the Oral B link started working again yesterday!!
Keep in mind.....it "always" worked on my 2016 Windows laptop.
Fire-drill inexplicably over!! Thanks all.....Ken
