Opening Smart Cover Doesn't Always Turn iPad 2 On?

I'm just wondering if anyone else has noticed that occasionally opening the iPad 2's Smart Cover doesn't always turn the unit on? No big deal really, just a bit aggrivating.

I'm assuming that you've got that function enabled in the 'Settings' menu?

A power-off, power-on reset seems to cure this problem sometimes, too.
