Step 1: it works provided u follow the instructions.......

Step 2: Go to Start menu and click on Run
Step 3: Type CMD.exe
Step 4: Type without quotes: “cd cinject_0.4.3″
Step 5: Execute command: “cinject.exe -i payloads/jailbreak.mobileconfig†[Execute command means write in CMD.exe what's written inside quotes, without quote signs]
Step 6: Approve Install request on your device. Next > Next > Finish, no need to enter password
Step 7: Execute command: “cinject.exe -j payloads†Wait for backup
Step 8: Execute command: “cinject.exe -wâ€
Step 9: Run Absinthe app from device Home screen. If you get error establishing database connection error then launch Settings.app on your device and turn on VPN settings



I found this is fail on step 8 , i got the command box with the processes just conintuing for 15-20 mins seem to failing on something, lots of numbers and 00x's so i just quit, ill wait no biggy

Not sure what I'm doing wrong here. I get as far as CMD.exe. Then it brings you to the black screen that shows C:users/Heather.

I tried typing in cd cinject_0.4.3 and it came back with the system cannot find the path specified


what gives?

Extract the zip file to c:/ and type cd c:/ in cmd before cd cinject_0.4.3 (cd is basically change directory) so before executing thecinject.exe windows need to find the right path for the file

My Ipad2 is succesfully jailbroken and all's well and working fine. However within Cydia after updating packages, it will return with these messages. Cydia works fine and I am able to install add-on's, so no complaints really. just wanted to check if anyone knows what it means. Thanks.

It means that thousands of jailbreakers like you are hammering the repo servers and they cannot keep up. This is expected after the release of every jailbreak and will take a few days to calm down...

Nah its nothing sometimes when you add custom repositories some of the packages show some errors but nothing serious

Using the command prompt method. I keep getting this error after it finishes "Creating Backup" Anyone have idea what I'm doing wrong ? The error is at the bottom in blue.

I'm running into the sane problem. you might have to connect through VPM, but everytime I try connecting there is an error, so this really sucks. Just have to wait
