I need a Notes App (preferably free) that is text searchable and Synchs between iPad and iPhone.

Any ideas please

Evernote. The free account will let you do quite a bit of text note taking. If you are going to include a lot of photos and other large attachments you may end up having to pay for the extended services.

There is an Evernote app for just about every device and computer on the market.
