Newspaper apps too large

I download 3,papers each day from the newsstand. These are now taking up 5GB of space and increasing each day. Is
There a way of reducing this without getting rid of the apps completely?

If my newspapers start taking up too much space I delete the individual editions (I have subscription to the Times and Sunday Times and I just touch and hold the editions or sections to delete), the Newspaper Apps are still there but it allows me to manage my storage space.

Also, deleted issues can be re-downloaded for free if you ever want to read them again.
