New iPad completely locked up?

I've had some issues with the FlexPlayer app while playing .avi files that causes the ipad to completely lock up. For those that are having the same problem here's a quick solution:

Press and hold BOTH the power and home buttons at the SAME for time about 10 seconds (ignore the red slider to shut down) until the Apple Logo appears, then let go of both buttons.

This is called a reset in the iPad user's guide and it doesn't harm a thing. This can be quite useful whenever a normal shutdown and restart just isn't enough so don't be afraid to use this tool on a bi-monthly basis if necessary.
