New iPad as a wifi hotspot

If your cellular service provider supports the feature,you can.Not all cellular service providers will support and activate the hotspot feature.Some that do,charge an extra fee for using it.

If you have a jailbroken iPad, install TetherMe to add the Personal Hotspot facility. Worked for me with iPad 3 on Voda UK.
