need help with movie syncro

sorry if i ask smt stupid, in itunes i load movie and when i do sync i lost old movie on ipad2, how to add more movies to ipad2 and keep existing?

It,s much more easier with the VLC - Player......you can copy the videos with drag and drop in Itunes.....enjoy it
