My ipad shuts down.....

My iPad shuts downs then only gets the apple icon screen. Then it repeats. Can someone tell me what's wrong?

Low battery charge maybe?
You should probably ask a mod to move this to the iPad Help section.

This is not a low battery problem.... I guess it is caused by jail breaking. If your device is not jail broken, take it to Apple and let them save your personal data. If it is...restore it to 5.0.1 with iTunes in case you don't have shsh blob saved. Otherwise, check other sub-forums for detailed info....

Ever since I downloaded and synced i5.03 my iPad goes to home screen when I am on a website. It's getting annoying...help?
