My ipad 2 lost icon picture

The icon still have but the picture no picture with it.how to fix it?

I really don't understand your question. Could you provide more details? Or, maybe take and post a screenshot of what is wrong?

I already solve the problem .... Just upgrade the cydia then the icon picture already came out .... Thank for helping
