My Hard Candy Street Skin does not fit quite right

Anyone else have the Hard Candy Street skin case? Mine just does not fit quite right on the right side. (with button on the bottom)

I know it's just a case, but for 40$ I would expect it to fit well.

I ordered it from Amazon.com......I also Emailed Hard Candy customer service.

I ordered one from Amazon as well, but mine fits tight like you would expect. Something is wrong with this one. I'd send it back.

I no longer have the box, it got tossed in the move we just did last week.

I Emailed Amazon as well....

Amazon said I can return the one no questions asked.....so I ordered a 2nd one to replace it via Amazon Prime.
