My battery won't charge on my IPad3~~~

I have plugged my I Pad in to the charger and instead of charging it just stays the same. And getting on it to use it starts going down fast. What's wrong? Why won't it charge? Kindtlinny

If you have another iDevice, which is not iPhone 5, 5c or 5s, you may try to see if the other devices charge if you plug it in with the charger or not. If they also do not charge, its for sure that its a problem with the charger.

Please check that the charger is in fact 10v which is required for iPad ,2.3.4
