music to ipad2

Hi, i am trying to sync some music from itunes to mt ipad2. After making
my selection then ticking apply i get the following on screen message.
" are you sure you want to remove a number of apps from my ipad. I just
want to download the music without losing any of my apps can this be done.

Are you syncing for the first time? You have to do the same thing for apps. Click on your iPhone which is located on the left in iTunes and go through each section such as apps, music, info, etc and tick the things you want to sync. If apps is not selected then iTunes will think you don't want to sync them and because it's the first time you have done it it will just delete your apps off your iPhone. Basically just make sure apps is ticked to sync.

Also, you can manually sync individual musics. Just click on the 'manual' option in iTunes in your device manager, then drag and drop the albums you require.
