Multipage tab in safari next to bookmark tab

I just bought my iPad2 a few days ago. IOS5 already installed. I am wondering how I can add the mutipages tab in safari. I see a lot of ipad2 videos with this tab. It's a tab that shows you alll your open pages in small format so you have the option to close it. It's next to the bookmark tab in safari. Maybe my iPad doesn't have this feature.

That was available in iOS 4.x.x, tabbed browsing replaced it in iOS 5.

I really miss this feature as well. Is there any way to get the earlier version installed on my new iPad??? Just hate the tabs.
