MP4 video cannot sync

Hi .. i have a MP4 video which i cannot sync to my ipad ...
i have no problem exporting into the itune but when i sync it with my ipad, it does not allowed ...
Do anyone faces same problem ??

Did you try placing it in the photos folder on your computer's hard drive and sync it from there?

i've tried it ... it doesn't work ...

i tried syncing it again and the message pop up and said "xxxx" was not copied to the ipad because it cannot be played on this iPad.
