Moving an emailed music track to 'Music' app

Been sent a music track by a friend via email, but can find no way to move it to the music app. I can open it in other apps (PDF Reader, Goodreader, Evernote, etc) but not in the music app. Is there any way to add the track to my music collection on my iPad? Presume I do not have a laptop or desktop computer.

You cannot put music into the Music app using just the iPad. Well, on a stock iPad. The only way to get music into the Music app is to use iTunes. Sorry.
