Movie editing on iPad 2

Hey guys,
I'm new to this site and am looking for a good app to edit my movies from my camera or iPad camera, do y'all have any advice? I would like to be able to edit photos also. I have heard that iMovie requires your location to edit movies not big on giving my location all the time and heard bad reviews ab it in addition. Any advice would be great thanks,

I've got iMovie and it's got issues. You can't edit anything except movies from the iPad (yes, I know there are workarounds but they are a pain in the butt). I also haven't found it very intuitive to use and have to result to looking for books etc. on how to operate it.
